Dr. Haynes received his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his M.S. in Special Education from Northwest Missouri State University.
Dr. Haynes has served in a variety of leadership positions at the high school, middle, and elementary school levels. He served in the United States Marine Corps prior to beginning his career in education.
